The Denman Island Memorial Society (DIMS) will hold its ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday January 14 2019 at 7:00 in the Conservancy Room of the Old School on Denman Island. The agenda will include short reports by the directors, presentation of the 2018 Financial Statement, and the election of directors for 2019.
Members of the Memorial Society are encouraged to come five or ten minutes early to renew their Society membership. New members are welcome. The cost of a membership is $5. A membership is a way to show your support for the cemetery and is required to vote at the AGM.
The meeting will be followed by refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there.
