The Denman Island Memorial Society (DIMS) will hold its tenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday January 13 2020 at 7:00 in the Conservancy Room of the Old School on Denman Island. The agenda will include short reports by the directors, presentation of the 2019 Financial Statement, and the election of directors for 2020.
Members of the Memorial Society are encouraged to come five or ten minutes early to renew their Society membership. New members are welcome. The cost of a membership is $5. A membership is a way to show your support for the cemetery and is required to vote at the AGM.
The meeting will be followed by refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there.
